A-Frame Elevations and Sketches

I'm uploading a few of our design drawings that people have requested. A front and rear framing elevation (note we ended up moving the windows in the final project), a foundation sketch, and a sketch of the mending plates that we used to join the top and bottoms of the rafters. The drawings are rather basic (I'm not an architect) but they were acceptable for our permit inspector.

Hi, My name is Drew. I live in Fairbanks AK, this summer I am building an A-Frame cabin for me and my family. I had a couple of questions about your prints. At what length on the 2X10 do you put the cross brace that becomes the second floor joices? If you could email me at ambonnewell@alaska.edu it would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time and help:-)

Would also appreciate a material list as we plan to build an A-frame in Wisconsin this summer. I like your idea using a mending plate thus eliminating the need for a crane. Well done!

Hi! Love that you were able to take on this project. I have had a similar dream for years and now have 10 acres of land left by my grandpa from his farm for me that’s just waiting for me to get the same guys! Would you be willing to share your plans and materials list for me? I realize you’re a few years out from this project but hopefully you still check up on the blog! Would love anything you’d be willing to send my way to help me get started on my project. My email is jordancdillard1@gmail.com. Thanks so much!

How Lemeridian funding service  grant me a loan!!!

Hello everyone, I'm Lea Paige Matteo from Zurich Switzerland and want to use this medium to express gratitude to lemeridian funding service for fulfilling his promise by granting me a loan, I was stuck in a financial situation and needed to refinance and pay my bills as well as start up a Business. I tried seeking for loans from various loan firms both private and corporate organisations but never succeeded and most banks declined my credit request. But as God would have it, I was introduced by a friend named Lisa Rice to Le_meridian funding service and undergone the due process of obtaining a loan from the company, to my greatest surprise within 48hrs just like my friend Lisa, I was also granted a loan of $216,000.00 So my advise to everyone who desires a loan, "if you must contact any firm with reference to securing a loan online with low interest rate of 1.9% and better repayment plans/schedule, please contact Le_meridian funding service. Besides, he doesn't know that am doing this but due to the joy in me, I'm so happy and wish to let people know more about this great company whom truly give out loans, it is my prayer that GOD should bless them more as they put smiles on peoples faces. You can contact them via email on {lfdsloans@lemeridianfds.com Or lfdsloans@outlook.com} or Text through Whatsapp +1-989 394 3740.

Hi, I am more and more thinking to have a kind of a wood made A-frame house but I am really not in capability to do this by myself. During your project, did you see some companies that seems to be serious for this kind of job ? Note that I live far from your nice state... In France, these kind of things make us dream too ;-)
Thanks for your reply!
